What happened?
The result of typing help() and then typing modules in the help interpreter is a core dump after up to a minute had been required to load the list of available modules on my system. I am unsure if this is a result of installing packages with the pip command (PyPA, PyPI) or if my system packages so many such packages that the list may never load. Specifically, my system spends the first several seconds stating warning and error messages (not on a quiet-mode or a verbose-mode, just with normal Python) before apparently hanging and sometimes resulting in a core dump. I am not sure if this is the fault of Ubuntu (my distribution "distro") being packaged with so many Python packages that may have compatibility issues or exactly what is happening in this situation.
