Describe the bug

The link in the footer goes to a non-recent impact report, and the 2024 impact report doesn't appear to be available

To Reproduce

Go to https://www.python.org/
Scroll to footer
See "Community" column
Click on "PSF Annual Impact Report"
Arrive at https://www.python.org/psf/annual-report/2021/

Expected behavior

Display the current (2024) impact report

URL to the issue

Additional context

I was also able to "manually" see that other annual reports exist, despite not being linked, but nothing appeared for 2024.
