Great work, best I have seen. One but (there is always a BUT) I don’t think you pointed out that you can’t over-write an existing channel. You have to delete it first.

One more (very frustrating) feature. Channels cannot be saved manually while squelch is broken. If you tune to a broadcast or busy frequency (such as NOAA weather radio) and the radio's receive LED is green you cannot write to any memory location.

The instructions should suggest that you disconnect the antenna prior to programming occupied frequencies (and be sure not to transmit while the antenna is disconnected).
