Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...]

I’m always frustrated when I have to manually click the push button to upload my code to GitHub after submitting it on LeetHub. In earlier versions of the extension, this process was automatic, which made it much more convenient.

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

I would like to have the option to enable automatic pushing of code to GitHub immediately after submission, similar to how it worked in previous versions of LeetHub.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Currently, I have to manually push the code each time I submit it, which adds extra steps to my workflow. I haven’t considered any other alternatives, as the automatic feature was very helpful in the past.

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
