Added TFAR

not an issue! just wanted to give you what i quickly made for TFAR. my server runs with tfar, just for giggles, and we decided to add it to the servers trader system(which we switched to this one for ease of use) and now i wanted to share it, beware our economy is f****d so prices are weird, and we have 20 "quality" levels due to the f*****d economy.(we are working on fixing it currently)

as far as i know, its all the stuff that comes in tfar. backpacks and handheld radio's(not sure if the backpacks auto equip, as i don't quite know how the purchase system works)

so feel free to snatch it and add it to the github :)
