@andrew2net all of the references work now except for "NIST SP 800-154".

I can fetch "NIST SP 800-154" with this:

relaton fetch "NIST SP 800-154 (IPD)"

@ronaldtse There isn't NIST SP 800-154 in dataset https://github.com/usnistgov/NIST-Tech-Pubs/releases/download/Sept2024/allrecords-MODS.xml.
The https://csrc.nist.gov/CSRC/media/feeds/metanorma/pubs-export.zip dataset has only Initial Public Draft https://csrc.nist.gov/pubs/sp/800/154/ipd
