In logs I have many warnings like this:

Looks like renovate consider go version as package

Yes, it is. But why dependabot tries to update minimal go version in go.mod? As far as I know this is just a minimal language version necessary to use the module.

By default Renovate shouldn't be proposing updates, but it will look it up

But it is wrong, it is not a dependancy.
