How to publish a revel module?

I've created a XORM revel module:

I am wondering is this a repo to manage available modules? and how to publish it, using git submodule perhaps?

Yes, this repo is intended to be a central place for supported modules. We'll be moving the current modules from the revel repo to this repo soon and additional modules like yours are welcome.

Once we release Revel v0.10, we can turn our attention to this and other secondary goals. Stand by!
