I only discovered this package a few months ago and find it a useful addition to the CI toolchain for projects. Even more so for organisations with a separate repo with reusable workflows which are used throughout the organisation.

I'd love to be able to give back a little while I can, so how can I support development of this project with a financial contribution ?

Adding a funding.yml file would help as it will enable the "Sponsor" button (even without GH Sponsors enabled) and allows for configuring the preferred funding channels for a project.
