IP Address is useful, but if they have internet access and the local IP checks out, then the issue is quite often down to someone being on the wrong network...
A perfect solution would be replacing the Title text "IP Address" with the actual SSID/Network Name. The IP addess (192.168.0.x) would still be shown in the Sub-title, but it's clearer which network said address refers to.
