Please include yank date in the metadata

If I look at a page like https://crates.io/crates/zip/2.6.1 I would like to know when the version was yanked (and probably why it was yanked). Can the date at which the version was yanked be included in the metadata sidebar?

the "when" can theoretically be answered by the updated_at field that the API returns, since the yanked field is currently the only thing that is triggering an updated_at update. Whether that will always be the case I can't promise though 😅

regarding the "why": #9193 proposed this, but the frontend part of this is still missing.
