Mysterious number sometimes appears while scrolling in Unity 2021 LTS

When navigating a scene with SabreCSG tools on, a mysterious number box sometimes appears when using the scroll wheel, and the number in the box will change as you scroll. The mouse cursor will also turn into an eyeball when this happens, like there is some kind of invisible UI somewhere.
