Still unable to access website despite adding rule

Hello!

I am currently running the most up to date version of portmaster and am unable to access a video hosting website when portmaster is running.
saint2.su
saint.cr
saint.to
I added custom rules for each of them and set to allow however I am still instantly blocked when portmaster is running.
I apologize for being annoying but is there something else I'm missing? I thought the manual rules were supposed to supersede any block/allow rules.

I should add that I did in fact read the FAQ about allowing a connection, however no blocked connections show up in the history for me to allow, it just doesn't work which is quite strange.
