Error when using "diff with previous version" from project explorer

Environment:

• VS2017 community edition
• Win10 Pro
• TSVN 4.8.51

Problem:
The usage of "diff with previous version" from project explorer (selecting a file, right mouse click, TSVN - "diff with previous version") results in an subversion error "Unable to find repository location for ...:/path_to_repository in revision 7"

Note:
Inside the opened file in the editor, right mouse click, TSVN - "diff with previous version") opens the Tortoise diff viewer.

Hmm must be some difference between getting the path to the file from the opened file and from the solution explorer item.

Any chance you can share a small repo that reproduces the problem?!
