Our mobile pipeline build just broke with that error:
`Execution failed for task ':jail-monkey:javaPreCompileRelease'.

Could not resolve all files for configuration ':jail-monkey:releaseCompileClasspath'.
Could not download rootbeer-lib.aar (com.scottyab:rootbeer-lib:0.0.6)
> Could not get resource 'https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/com/scottyab/rootbeer-lib/0.0.6/rootbeer-lib-0.0.6.aar'.
> Could not GET 'https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/com/scottyab/rootbeer-lib/0.0.6/rootbeer-lib-0.0.6.aar'.

It worked just an hour ago.
We are using Bitrise and have a React Native app (not sure it's related in any way since we didn't touch anything).
