current with lastest version，i can not use function call of deepseek-v3、R1 with sglang==0.4.3.post2. IS there any planning to support ?

I have initially implemented a version of function calling based on DeepSeek-V3, and it is still under experimentation. If subsequent optimization is needed, I will provide it.
