<p>La clásica receta de Tikka que <a href="http://maria.recipes/tikkaSpa">ya había subido</a>, revisitada, para reducir los hidratos. Tómalo como un aperitivo, con una ensalada o prepara <a href="http://maria.recipes/tikkaMasalaSpa">tikka masala</a>!</p>

  <li>100 g <a href="http://maria.recipes/paneerSpa">paneer</a>, en cubos</li>
  <li>1/8 de taza (30 mL) de nata (crema) de montar (35%)</li>
  <li>1/4 cdita de pasta de jengibre</li>
  <li>1/2 cdita de zumo de limón</li>
  <li>1/4 cdita de cúrcuma</li>
  <li>OpcionalÑ 1/4 cdita de hojas de fenugreco</li>
  <li>1/3 cdita de comino molido</li>
  <li>1/3 cdita de <a href="http://amzn.to/2oMrCcO">cilantro en polvo</a></li>
  <li>1/4 cdita de chili rojo en polvo, o al gusto</li>
  <li>1/4 cdita de chaat masala (se puede sustituir por 1/8 cdita sal)</li>

      <li>Mezcla todos los ingredientes menos el paneer. Luego agrega el paneer y deja que marine al menos una hora (mejor durante la noche) en el frigorífico.</li>
      <li>Puedes prepararlo en el horno, pero yo lo hago a fuego alto en una sartén con aceite hasta que quede bien dorado y crujiente.</li>
      <li>Echa cilantro fresco por encima y sírvelo.</li>
