iterm option - unable to open on Mac OS Sierra #1

I must admit your script is awesome. I have even translated it to work with python3 (didn't do much).
However, for some reason(I ain't sure what) anytime i set the "--terminal=iterm", the code executes but nothing happens.
Xterm works fine and so does default terminal. It's just that "iTerm" happens to be my favourite and I'd really appreciate it if you could take a look at this issue in your spare time.

iTerm has changed its apple script interface in this year,
I haven't got time to investigate the new apple script interface of iTerm.
As the result, the latest iTerm is unsupported currently.
