Feature Request: Map data

Hi there,

Thank you for the excellent API and data. I've been working on a drop-deck builder for Comp/CW which requires the Map Data to be truly accurate i.t.o recalculating Heat Efficiency of mechs including quirks.

Please could you expose this data through a new endpoint (i.e. GET http://mwo.smurfy-net.de/api/data/maps.FORMAT)?

Values I am definitely interested in consuming are:

• Map Name
• Map Description
• Map Category (CW/Other Game Modes)
• Map Details like Heat Modifier (the -0.5 to 0.5 dissipation modifier mentioned by Shklt in this MWO Forums topic )
