Is there a time delay between following a bridged bluesky account from mastodon? Is there an additional step I or the bridged account need to take that we're missing?

The button has been stuck on follow requested all day, which is obviously fine if it takes a minute, just wanted to check and couldn't find any info about it in the FAQs.

It doesn't seem to be any of those things, unfortunately.

This is what it looks like. I know other folks have been able to follow it and my account on a different instance can't even find it, because it didn't opt in, so I'm just wondering where to go next.
