I am Farid, a software engineer with about 8 years of experience working in the industry. I have started as a full-stack web developer, and over 4 years ago switched to the DevOps direction.

I am a fan of open source software, I was honored to be a member of the executive committee of ZConf , Iranian annual Free/Open Source Software Conference. I love free software philosophy and have set up the Linux user group(LUG) in my city, Zanjan. Also, I had broadcasted the first Persian Linux Internet-radio in Iran, named LinuxFM.

In my spare time, I am trying to create some value related to the opensource community, some of them are my video clips that you can find on my youtube channel.
