Hello! I left my day job in 2020 and became a full-time open-source software developer. My work is best known for the following projects:

• LLVM lld linker: I'm the original creator of the current version of the high-performance linker.
• mold: Yet another linker aiming for even more speed.
• chibicc: A small C compiler that is capable of compiling lots of real-world programs such as Git, SQLite, libpng and chibicc itself.

Your sponsorship will support my development of the mold linker. My goal is to create a blazingly fast developer tool to improve programmers' productivity especially for the quick edit-build-run-debug cycles. I want to make the world a better place by creating a better tool.

The era when developers paid money to obtain a copy of a development tool is long gone, and unfortunately there's no easy way to make money by improving the developer tools these days. But we still need better tools! Your sponsorship will allow me to spend more time on the mold project.
