Reduce depth of starter dependencies

The refreshed starter POMs now often pull in other starters which themselves pull in other starters. This might cause issues with Maven's "nearest wins" policy so we should try to flatten them a bit.

I think this will also help reintroduce the autoconfigure-classic module.
