Using the slice tool extends the part by a ridiculous amount

🐛 Describe the bug

For some reason, whenever I make a project, if I use the Slice tool it simply doubles the length of the track I am using, which is weird especially if I am using a UST or Midi

Explains how to reproduce the bug

1. Open a file and go into a track
2. use the slice tool on a note (best use it on a note at the end)
   This usually happens with several different voicebanks, I don't know what causes this.
