I've noticed some SNIPs' statuses don't reflect the reality of the network.
Example: SNIP-2 is in 'draft' status, or SNIP-18.

It's also unclear how to advance the status of a SNIP that is 'in discussion' or 'in review'. For reference, in Ethereum Foundation, a single person usually 'champions' a SNIP and tries to advance its status over time, even if it takes in average >1 year.

Completely agree, I'll be looking into Starknet's current governance structure and flows
