Show all channels in one bouquet without categories #132

Hello,
I'm trying to adapt the "provider_name-sort-override.xml" to displayed all channels from the m3u list in one bouquet.

If I set the allbouquet option to 1 in the config.xml, all channels are already displayed in one bouquet but also displayed all categories.

But if I set enabled to false for all categories in the "provider_name-sort-override.xml" file, then the allbouquet list also becomes empty.

I just want to display all the channels from the m3u list in ONE bouquet.

I don't want to have to set group-title to one group in every line in every m3u list.

Maybe there is a solution. Many Thanks!
