[Demo] Turbo stream bot demo and markdown to html

Hi,

In the turbo stream bot demo, the rendering is really impressive.

The display is done piece by piece.

Is it possible to keep the display piece by piece and interpret the markdown in html ?

Easy / naive approach would be just to use {{ part|markdown_to_html }} instead of {{ part }} in https://github.com/symfony/ai/blob/main/demo/templates/_stream.html.twig#L6.

But some markdown may spread out to several chunks/parts, and therefore it could make more sense to do the whole markdown to html conversion client-side f.e. with showdown.
