Adding to Trakt with incorrect dates

Today, I'm finding when I sync my Netflix plays with Trakt, that they are being added with incorrect dates, going back years into the past. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to the dates, although any given episode or movie will always be added with the same date and time - just not the correct one. The Netflix dates and times are showing correctly, and upon refreshing the sync page, Traktflix is correctly picking up the dates from Trakt that it previously incorrectly added.

OK, false alarm - it appears what happened was that I'd accidentally turned on "Add with release date," so it was adding everything with its original release date instead of the date it was actually viewed on Netflix.
