One Notification Instance for All Components

This sample project shows a basic example of declaring a single Telerik Notification component in the app (in the MainLayout) and passing it as a CascadingParameter to the pages and components inside (with a helper class so you can pass component references), so they can choose to use it to show notifiations from a single place, with shared settings, so they can all stack, and you don't have to declare notification components every time you may need to use one.
