Permission Denied in proot

I am using Proot in my app to launch an Alpine Linux session. However, when I try to install packages like gcc, I encounter a 'Permission Denied' error. The Alpine root filesystem is stored in the app's private files directory, and my app targets API level 28. Why does this happen? Meanwhile, when I use proot-distro with Alpine, everything works as expected.
but when i try ls /usr then there's no error
