change paths of pages which part of opportunities or resources to have it in the path./opportunities or
/resources.

Context

Page path should be more details depends on the place in the website.

Possible implementation

for resources change to next pages

for opportunities change to next pages

example:
https://dev.thecyberhub.org/#/tools
should be
https://dev.thecyberhub.org/#/resources/tools
because tools are part of resources

do it for all related pages

I am trying to do. Getting some issue for components which are outside of resources folder, I unable to link the path with route still i will try for next 2-3 days.
