It seems the .netcore version doesn't work on M2 chip Mac

I am trying to read a raw file on a MacBook with an M2 chip using ThermoFisher.CommonCore.RawFileReader. The error is as follows. May I know how to fix this problem? Thanks so much.

It works if use dotnet at this path: /usr/local/share/dotnet/x64/dotnet/
