tseq_validate_sequence()

This function exists in the API, but is not called anywhere. This is an important function to call as it will prohibit jobs from launching that do not make sense.

When the sequence validation fails, tell the user. The function may need to be redesigned to give the user a useful error.

• Refine the function to work properly with basic use cases
• Call the function from the submit page validation step
• Give the function the ability to distinguish between a protein and nucleotide sequence.
