QueuePopulatorExcelWithAssociations processes booleans but doesn't add them onto the node

Currently, the QueuePopulatorExcelWithAssociations correctly identifies and processes boolean values from an Excel spreadsheet. However, there is no logic that adds the cell value onto the node, so the value of this column in lost. We need to add another if scenario that adds booleans onto the node.

This should really be merged with QuepopulatorExcel so that we're not duplicating code.
