Centera Module - remove DCTM dependencies

The dctm module is required in all gradle builds where the centera module is included due to the UpdateDocumentumListener. This is just a build-time dependency, not runtime (dctm jars can be removed when not needed), but it should be cleaned up to make it possible to build the Centera module without the Documentum module.

Need to check who is using UpdateDocumentumListener - this should probably be in a client module. Or maybe a dctm-centera module.
