Menu item/button for setting all supported video file associations wanted

If you're using the windows installer, you can set ImPlay as the default Player in the Default Programs control panel.

Thanks, I didn't use the installer. I'm trying to replace buggy mpv.net with implay but the latter lacks some obvious options.
