Currently, support for Kvantum themes by other authors and packages are possible by placing configuration subdirectories under the proper locations with a .kvconfig and .svg matching file. Is there any interest in having the number of themes that ship with Kvantum expanded to some of the more common/popular themes? There is already a great collection but having it upstream means that a deeper base would be available for the entire consumer of Kvantum, increasing the flexibility and options for choices.
Adwaita no longer works outside of GNOME
By simplifying the ability for themes, their authors, and independent distributions to ship Kvantum and the required files, it would greatly extend the support for theming Qt-based applications and allow for broader flexibility of independent applications within the Linux desktop ecosystem.
