Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the visibility and impact of Community Posts on X are limited. Users struggle to gauge the reliability and influence of accounts because there's no way to see how often they get Community Noted for example when they repost "fake news" or engange in disinformation in a milicious way.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a feature allowing Community Posts to trend publicly based on engagement and enable users to view statistics on how often an account has been noted. This will improve transparency and allow users to better assess the credibility and influence of accounts.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
This feature will foster a more informed and engaged community by promoting high-quality information and allowing users to make better judgments about the accounts they follow or interact with.

A number of community notes on an account yes it should note against said account, but that can go on and on, all accounts have 10 community notes maxium, and the account is closed, therefore giving every chance the too the account holder to re- address their information until it is factually correct.

check this improvement idea #114:

  • show a label on user account like a number which would reflect on the number of community noted tweets
  • give a community notes label to user account by enabling community notes on user account (not just on tweets) - so if a user account would get a community note then label the account with a visible sign for every tweets the user creates.
(- Restrict reachability (do not amplify) if an account reaches a certain level of community noted tweets) - Freedom of speech without freedom of reach, as Elon put it.
