Hi,

Can a module be built for QIIME2 (https://docs.qiime2.org/2024.10/install/)? This program is supposed to be installed via conda but I was wondering if there was an alternative way to have it installed on our HPC?

Hi Dori,

Just to confirm- this is on hold because of dependencies? I think this is the latest comment on the tagged issues:
"QIIME2 > 2023 has deps we don't support in ccrsoft 2023.01. We'll include this version in the next software release."

Correct. We'll work on getting it installed in ccrsoft/2024.04
