Network request fails with umi.request after updating Umi, React and Ant Design versions.

### Description
After updating umi from ^3.5.23 to ^4.3.28, react from ^16.14.0 to 18.2.0 and antd from ^5.2.3 to ^5.21.5, network requests using umi.request are failing, but the same request works when using the native fetch API.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade Umi and Ant Design versions as specified.
2. Define the following login function using umi.request:

 import { request } from 'umi';

  export async function login(params) {
    return request(`${URL}/user/login`, {
      method: 'POST',
      data: { ...params },
      headers: {
        'Content-Type': 'application/json; charset=utf-8',
      },
    });
  }

I have added the request configuration in my config.ts file located in the src directory.
plugins: ['@umijs/plugins/dist/request'],
request: {}

3. Call the login function with valid parameters and a valid API URL.
4. Observe that the request does not go through, and no errors are thrown.
5. Replace umi.request with fetch as shown below, and observe that it works correctly:

export async function login(params) {
          const response = await fetch(`${URL}/user/login`, {
            method: 'POST',
            body: JSON.stringify(params),
            headers: {
              Accept: 'application/json',
              'Content-Type': 'application/json; charset=utf-8',
            },
          });
          return response.json();
        }

**Expected Behavior**
umi.request should send the request and return the expected response.

**Actual Behavior**
No network request is made when using umi.request.

**Environment**
umi: ^4.3.28
antd: ^5.21.5
react: ^18.2.0
Node.js: v18.18.0

**Additional Context**
The URL and parameters have been verified to be correct.
No network errors or logs appear in the console.
