[Bug]: Disabling Biometric login slows down Windows 11 settings

Windows setting stucks for at least few minutes
at Settings->Accounts->Sign-in Options

if biometric login is disabled

Reproduction steps

goto windows 11 Settings->Accounts
click
Sign-in Options
wait long time

Expected behavior

should work smoothly

If you run all of them, reproduce it, then revert them one by one, we can figure out what causes this.
