Additional Map View Options

"Customise Map view to show reports by time like: Reports in past 1 hour, 6 hour, 24 hour instead of the current "all at once" way.
Since the three major type of information that Ushahidi aims to collect is:

1. Time
2. Location
3. Information about Incident.

Reports on map - solves - Location
Clicking on the dots - shows us Information.

However, Time is something which is not nicely presented on the current maps.
Adding this as an option will give way to more things that can be done using the Platform." - Ajay
