Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently cannot determine the version of the data that went into the transcript database files.

Describe the solution you'd like
Write out more meta data, including:

  • assembly version(s) that the txs contain alignments for
  • write out refseq and ensembl version, if applicable
  • write out CDOT version if applicable
