vertical slider and midi device examples

Hi @polhomarkho,
As you can see I just updated the repo, merging the examples and web editor repositories.
I also took the time to upgrade a bit the web editor with newer libraries so things look less scary when compiling the project :)

So right now you can find the examples in this folder:
https://github.com/victordiaz/PHONK/tree/develop/PHONK-examples

If you could add the vertical slider and the midi device example it would be fantastic!
