🐞 [Bug] Druid's Swiftmend ability should not be factoring in Improved Rejuvenation Talents

🐞 Bug report - Spell

The Druid healing spell Rejuvenation is factoring in Improved Rejuvenation talents (if you have them) for the final healing sum of Swiftmend. This was not a thing until patch 2.0.1.

Expected behavior

Only +healing power from gear, the rank of the Rejuvenation spell and Idol of Rejuvenation should be effecting
the healing total of Swiftmend.

Steps to reproduce

Cast Rejuvenation on yourself and then Swiftmend both with and without talents.

The talent "Swiftmend" will now include bonus healing from the talents "Improved Rejuvenation" and "Empowered Rejuvenation".
