After converting the contigs from the final value of k to FastG graph format I was going to match the resulting nodes to original contigs.
Unfortunately it seems that neither of the numbers given in the fastg node name (NODE_<#1>...ID<#2>) matches the corresponding contig id in final.contigs.fasta (though I can find corresponding contig by its length).
Will it be possible to make the ids match or at least provide a file with the mapping from the megahit_core contig2fastg command?

It is doable but I do not plan to upgrade the package recently because I can only put some of my spare time to maintain this package. Will revisit this issue in the future.
