I sent an email to wikiworks on 2/18 that two days prior to that there were timeouts downloading the exports from bugsigdb.org then from Monday the studies csv has only the header row.

I'd like to follow this issue because a lot of students are currently using BugSigDB data for their capstones and this will impact their ability to complete their analyses.

Thankfully I had a version of full_dump.csv from a week ago that I am sharing with them.
