Provide decoder and rulesets for FortiGate v6 and v6.2.x

Could you please develop decoder and rulesets for FortiGate v6.0 and v6.2.x and the existing decoders will support version 5.x.

Thank you for the suggestion. We will look into it and add the rules and decoders necessary for FortiGate v6.0 and v6.2.x as soon as possible. You can track the progress in this issue.

I'm also transfering the issue to the wazuh-ruleset repository, where rules and decoders are located.

We would like to use Wazuh with our fortigates and the old rule set seems not to work.
