Images not showing

Hello,
I am using Rotating 1.6.1 and images are rendered correctly on the server with IIS 8.5, as below:

However, when publishing to a server with IIS 10 the images are not displayed. These images are generated from the database:

In this server images are generated only when we use a physical path in the image, and this is not our scenario. The images are loaded from the database.

We tried different solutions, but we did not succeed.

Are you using boosttrap? Maybe the media query is different length between them
