Steps to reproduce

假设有三类任务
A 名字为青蛙的订阅
B 名字为癞蛤蟆的订阅
C 不属于任何订阅的白天鹅

现在开个视图筛选不属于青蛙的订阅

What is expected?

预期筛选出 B和C 都不属于青蛙订阅

What is actually happening?

但是只是筛选出癞蛤蟆白天鹅被忽略了
